I'm a silly little Jesster Bat who loves horror, cute things, pixelart and collecting random Trinkets protected by my little gremlin Mimpkin!I make art of my fav Characters and other people's Ocs whenever I have time and I'm always trying to experiment with new ideas.Vael, my Jesster Bat persona, was designed by IzzyThe3rd on Vgen!
And Mimpkin, my stitched cat gremlin is my own creation. He might change over time but for now he is my chaotic little energy ball, so you'll see him around sometimes!

In real life I'm a chill, introverted Goth doing my best while dealing with mental health and creating art.

Thank you for your interest in my commissions!

  • FOR SUBMISSION: I only accept commissions through Vgen (which also includes Paypal Payments) If you are interested in a commission from me I suggest you follow me there!

  • FOR OPENINGS: I usually open 3 - 5 slots for commissions on Vgen and they close once all slots are filled.

  • FOR ACCEPTANCE: Slots are first come first serve.

  • FOR CONTENT: I have various Commission Types on Vgen but if you are not finding what you would like you can always make a custom inquiry so I can take a look!

  • FOR PRICES: I always keep my prices listed on my Vgen even if my Commissions are closed! So you can always see how much I charge.

Please note that commissions might take some time to complete, as I can get easily drained due to my mental health. I appreciate your patience - I aim to finish commissions within 3 - 4 weeks, with a maximum wait time of 2 months. If I take longer than expected, I’m comfortable offering refunds.Please read the following terms carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

General Terms (For Pre-Made Items) on Vgen

  1. Payments: All payments are made upfront via Vgen.

  2. Digital Goods: All items are digital files - no physical products will be shipped.

  3. Usage Rights: You may use purchased items for personal or stream-related purposes. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed.

  4. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact me via Vgen, Email, or Discord.

  5. Credit: Credit is appreciated! If you use my art on platforms like Twitch or Discord, please link back to my Vgen or social media.

Custom Commissions Terms of Service

If you're commissioning a custom piece, please read the following carefully.

✧ General Terms:

  1. Payments: All payments are made via Vgen.

  2. Digital Goods: All items are digital files - no physical products will be shipped.

  3. Usage Rights: You may use purchased items for personal or stream-related purposes. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the artwork as your own is not allowed.

  4. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact me via Vgen, Email, or Discord.

  5. Credit: Credit is appreciated! If you use my art on platforms like Twitch or Discord, please link back to my Vgen or social media.

✧ Payment & Pricing:

  1. Payment Schedule: 50% upfront before I start, and the remaining 50% before the final unwatermarked file is sent. (This will apply for products above 15€)

  2. Payment Platforms: All Payments are made through Vgen. (Which includes Paypal)

  3. Currency: Payments are accepted in any currency. (I am based in Germany, so keep in mind that my prices are in euros)

✧ Revisions:

  1. Sketch Phase: Up to 3 minor revisions included.

  2. After Sketch Approval: Major changes or additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  3. Final Stage: No revisions will be made after the commission is considered complete.

✧ Turnaround Time:

  1. I aim to complete commissions within 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity and workload. The maximum waittime is 2 months due to mental health reasons, if I take longer than expected I am comfortable offering refunds If delays arise.

  2. If delays arise, I’ll inform you as soon as possible.

  3. You can track commission progress via my Trello queue which is found on my Carrd or my Vgen

✧ Process & Requirements:

  1. References: Visual references are highly preferred (photos, mood boards, collages). If you'd like me to piece together multiple elements or create designs from scratch, an extra fee may apply (depending on complexity)

  2. Communication: I only communicate through Vgen or Discord (Discord handle provided upon request, if you have seen my listing outside of Discord).

  3. Form Requirement: All commission requests must be submitted through Vgen to ensure I have all necessarry details in one place.

  4. File Delivery: Finished files will be sent via Vgen.

✧ Usage & Rights:

  1. Personal Use: You may use the artwork for personal projects, streams, or social media.

  2. Commercial Use: If you plan to monetize content featuring my art (e.g. Artworks, Merch etc.), you must purchase commercial rights for an additional fee (+20% of total price).

  3. Ownership: I retain the rights to the artwork, including the right to share it in my portfolio or on social media (unless otherwise agreed upon).

  4. Restrictions: Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial artwork be used for monetized content without purchasing commercial rights. My Artwork may not be used for AI Datasets, or Machine learning in ANY form. DO NOT re-upload or repost my Art without clear visual credit to @mimpkin

✧ Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. Before Work Begins: Full refunds available.

  2. After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be given if I'm unable to complete your commission.

  3. After Completion: No refunds once the artwork is finished and delivered.

✧ Communication & Response Time:

  1. I will communicate only through Vgen or Discord.

  2. If I don't receive a response within 5 days during a revision phase, I may proceed with the commission as is.

By purchasing or commissioning art through my Vgen or DMs, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or want to discuss your commission, feel free to reach out.
